Climate: semi-oceanic, very cold winter, warm to fresh summer.
Relief: facing North and South along the valley.
Soil: rich with clay and alluvium.
Grape Varieties: Pinot Meunier mainly planted in this area as it is more resistant to frost, a little of Pinot Noir and some Chardonnay.
